W as born July 03, 1928 in Portageville, MO to James Ralph Smith and Elizabeth Laster Smith. She died Saturday November 12, 2016 at Burlington Rehab & Care Center in Burlington, WI at the age of 88 years and 4 months & 9 days.

P receding her in death was her parents James Ralph & Elizabeth Laster Smith, one daughter Bonnie Malugen in March of 2016.Five brothers; James Arvel Smith, Samuel Lloyd Smith (Bud), Johnny Lester Smith (Boggan), Ralph Hilary Smith (Pete), Larry D. Smith (Preacher), five sisters; Mildred Gerturde (Smith) (Gert), Maudie Myrtle (Smith) (Mert), Anna Marie (Smith) (Anna Toot), Wanda Alpha (Smith) York (Sis) & Betty Jo Smith (Jo).She was of Baptist faith and enjoyed reading her bible.

S he leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters; JoAnn Rapier of Illinois & Rita Mack of Texas, four sons: Ronnie Malugen of North Carolina, Jack Malugen of Tennessee, Lanny Malugen of Wisconsin & Dennis Malugen of Tennessee, one sister; Dorothy Alberta (Smith) (Doss) Adams of Alabama, 36 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
