William Lee Wood

Was born on January 20, 1936 in Wardell MO to the late  Lovina Huntington Wood and Boyd Wood.  He passed away on Tuesday October 31, 2023  at Scenic Nursing Center in  Herculaneum MO at the age of 87 years nine months and eleven days.

He was a retired machinist, loved to watch Westerns, go to Auctions and playing slot machines at the casino. He was united in marriage to Shirley Brown Wood  she preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death were his Brothers: Boyd William Wood Jr. and Richard Thomas Wood and Sisters Virginia Sue Watson, Betty Ann Rollins, Linda Louise Baretta,      Patricia Dianne Wood, and Daisy Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his  Son: Jimmy Wood of Cedar Hill, Missouri,

Daughters: Sherry Heberlie of  Imperial, Missouri, and Gloria Krebes

Brothers: Goyland Eugene Wood of Indiana and Sisters: Shirley Mae Pierce and  Mary Sharron Womack both of Portageville, Missouri. Grandchildren: Jason Charles Heberlie. Nicholas Lee Heberlie  and Great Grandchildren Jayden Charles Heberlie

With a host of many relatives and friends that will mourn his passing.
