William Franklin "Bill" Tally Jr. Was born June 28, 1935 in Kennett, Missouri to Lillie (Davis) Tally and William Franklin Tally He died Tuesday December 15, 2009 at his Residence at the age of 74 years, 5 months and 17 days. He was united in marriage May 16, 1953 to Shirley Jo (Hahn) Tally who preceded him in death , he then married Patsy (Belvin) who survives of the home, also preceding him in death, were his parents, Lillie (Davis) Tally & William Franklin Tally ; He was an Air Force Veteran , he also worked on various police forces and was retired from Segal-Roberts "Plastene" as a Consultant Engineer . He leaves to cherish His memories His Wife; Patsy Tally of Wapapello, MO. Son and daughter-in-law: Kenneth Joe (Betty) Tally of Memphis , TN, and Step-son and daughter in law ; Steve (Pam) Belvin of Dexter, MO. Daughters; Sherry Tally of Wappapello, MO, Kelly (Harold) Kentner of Wardell, MO One Sister; Barbara Barr of Marion , IL, and Two Brothers; Don Tally of Gwen, AR Dale Tally of Kennett, MO Eight Grand Children;Joseph Tally, Sheena Stafford, Cody Blagg, Emily Ward, Kelsey Ward, Ashey Kenter, Sherri Hulan, and Scott Link. Eight Great Grandchildren and a host many other relatives and friends.
