William Edward Kane, 50, of Lilbourn, Missouri, passed away on May 8, 2026. He was born on September 14, 1975, in Tucson, Arizona, to the late Patsy Jones Hale and William Kane.
William was preceded in death by his parents. He worked as a Seed Tech Buyer for Bayer Corporation in Matthews, Missouri, where his dedication and work ethic were well respected. Outside of work, William found joy in life's simple pleasures — watching football, listening to the radio, and spending time with people. He loved telling stories, sharing laughter, and brightening any room he entered.
Family was at the heart of everything William did. He never let a week pass without calling to share his life experiences, offer advice, and check in on those he loved. His life, though cut far too short, was filled with warmth, connection, and joy. Heaven has truly gained a bright soul.
William leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Kiara Marie Briggs of California; his brothers, Larry Graham of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Gary Graham of Wyatt, Missouri; and his sister, Rose Marie Kane of California.
A family memorial was held on May 13, 2026, in Missouri. The family will gather again in California to celebrate his life and the love he shared with all who knew him.
