William "Bill" Hailey Was born October 8, 1957 in Quanitico, Virginia to Jimmy Hailey and Patsy Gammons Hailey. he died Saturday April 18, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital at the age of 57 days 6 months and 10 days. Preceding William "Bill" Hailey in death, was his mother Patsy Gammons Hailey on July 3, 2010, and one brother Ronnie Hailey on Sept. 15, 1962. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp .He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles. William "Bill" Hailey leaves to cherish memories his daughter Patsy Hailey of El Paso, Texas, his father Jimmy Hailey of Poplar Bluff, MO, One Brother and sister in law Jimmy Ray and Melanie Hailey of New York, and one sister and brother in law Susan and John Cala of Palo Alto, California, and two grandchildren Oliver and Adam Cana of Texas.
