Virginia Louise Cullum Milton passed away October 20, 2020, in Louisville, KY.  Throughout her life she resided in Osceola, AR, Hot Springs, AR and Blytheville, AR.  She retired from the Planters Bank of Osceola, AR and enjoyed retirement in Hot Springs, AR.  She was a member of Betty Stark's Sunday School Class at Hot Springs Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her parents, James Ira Cullum and Ora Dell Dacus Cullum; her husband of 56 years, Richard O. Milton, Sr.; her daughter, Rebecca Louise McDaniel; brothers, Joel Ira Cullum and James Vernon Cullum; sisters, Rachel Colleen Cullum, Mary Helen Bingham, Marjorie Jane Goodman, and Wilma Joye Chilton.

She is survived by son, Ricky Milton (Mary); daughters, Linda Jane Ward (Frank) and Donna Rae Morgan (David), and; grandchildren, Jennifer Ward, Rich Ward, Lucinda Morgan, Trae Milton, Milton McDaniel, David Morgan, Jr., Tim McDaniel, and Katie McDaniel; eight great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

There will be a private graveside service for the family.
