Verlon Wallace Till

W as born on February 28, 1932 in Wardell, Missouri to the late Henry Paul "Buster" Till and Nell (Wallace) Till.  He passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at NHC Nursing Home-Kennett, MO at the age of 90 years, 9 months and 4 days.

P receding him in death were his parents, Henry & Nell (Wallace) Till, his wife, Betty Sue Till, his daughter, Laurie (Till) Caldwell, one brother, John Farrel Till.

M r. Till was a devote husband and loving father and grandfather. He would often tell people his purpose in life was to "care for his girls." Mr. Till was a proud Missouri educator who worked as a high school guidance counselor for over 30 years. As a lifelong farmer, he had a passion for the outdoors and working with his hands.  Mr. Till was a fierce Christian, serving as the preacher at the Wardell Church of Christ.

H e leaves to cherish his many memories his granddaughter; Jade Caldwell of St. Louis, MO, two nephews; Roger & Vic Till, and a host of many other friends.
