T.J Mathis

T.J Mathis was born on February 12, 1989, in Hayti, Missouri to  Shelly Sweatt Mathis & Thomas E. Mathis Sr. He passed away on Tuesday October 21, 2025, at Portageville MO at the age of 36 years.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Shelly Sweatt Mathis. He was united in marriage to Blair Michelle Ward on August 16, 2013, she survives of the home. He loved to play video games and listen to music, and hang out with friends and family.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his Grandmother – in – law: Brenda Alexander of Sikeston, MO. Spouse: Blair Mathis of Portageville MO, and Father: Tommy Mathis of Portageville MO. Brothers: Bruce Jordan (Maitlyn) Mathis of Portageville, Mo, Dillon Lee Mathis of Gideon, Mo, ½ brother Shawn Starks of Portageville, Mo one Sister: Katina Lynn Darnall of Malden MO and Sister-in-law Kayla Ward of Scott City, Missouri and a host of many other relatives and friends.
