Syble (Tanner) Willey

W as born March 30, 1926 in Portageville, Missouri to Walter Tanner and Eula (Montgomery) Tanner. She passed away on April 20, 2018 at Methodist North-Memphis, TN at the age of 92 years, and 21 days.

O ctober 12, 1947 in Portageville, Missouri she married the love of her life Denzel Willey he sadly passed away February 23, 2008, also preceding Mrs. Syble in death were her parents: Eula (Montgomery) Tanner and Walter Tanner, brothers; Sibert L. , W.A. Gooden, Wilford Charles, Lloyd Tanner, her sisters; Alba Mae Howard, Wilma Underwood and Betty Sue Ellis.

S yble taught her love for music to the 4-5 year old kids, she also taught Sunday school, she was in the Church Choir but playing the piano was her passion. She also enjoyed gardening but her greatest pleasure came from being with her family. Syble was a proud member of the Belleview Baptist Church in Memphis.

S he leaves to cherish her many memories her daughter; Betty Jean Bullinger of Memphis , TN, one sister; Norma Jean (Ralph) Sanders of Golden, CO, grandchildren, Jeremy Marshall (Wendy Jo) Bullinger, Joseph Michael Bullinger, great-grandchildren, Gabriel Marcus Bullinger, Gavin Marshall Bullinger and Scarlett Raine Bullinger
