She died March 30, 2010 at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital, Hayti, MO at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 1 day. She was united in marriage to Eddie Haynes for 43 years. He survives of Portageville, MO. Preceding her in death were her parents, Elenora Holmes & Herbert Nolen; 1 sister, sister, Betty Jean Nolen; 3 brothers: Herbert Nolen, Jr., James Nolen & Famous Nolen & 2 grandchildren, Dion & Tamara Milton. She was a member of the New Salem Church of Portageville, MO. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Eddie Haynes of Portageville, MO; 1 son, Eddie Haynes, Jr. of Portageville, MO; 4 daughters: Angela Haynes of Murphysboro, IL, Michelle Haynes of Cobleskille, New York, Tomorrow (Billy) Milton of Poplar Bluff, MO & April Haynes of Portageville, MO; 4 sisters: Annette Nolen, Mary (Ernest) Willis & Sadie (Calbin) Moore all of Portageville & Deloris Hardin of Nashville, TN; 1 brother, Matthew (Mayhelen) Hardin of Portageville; a dear friend, Doris Nolen of Portageville and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. A graveside service was held 12:00 p.m. Friday April 2, 2010 with Rev. Lloyd Farr officiating. Interment was in Lily of the Valley Cemetery with DeLisle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
