Sari Elizabeth Skinner Was born October 31, 1945 in Piggott, Arkansas to Willard Lee Wheeler and Carl Howard. She died Sunday May 30, 2010 at Pemiscot County Hospital, Hayti, MO at the age of 64 years, 6 months and 30 days. She was united in marriage to Arvil Skinner on May 26, 1968 in Piggott Arkansas who survives of the home. She was a retired English teacher from the Portageville School District and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Portageville, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard Lee Wheeler & Carl Howard. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Arvil Skinner of Portageville, MO; 1 son, John Skinner and his wife Mariah, of Missoula, Montana; 1daughter, Suzanne Skinner of Portageville, MO; three grandchildren: Mason Haynes, Lydia Laws & John Cayton Skinner, Jr.; her cousins: Debby Haywood of Piggott, AR, Susan Wells of Greenway, AR, Judy Smart of Piggott, AR , Glenda Gillett of Truman, AR & Sandy Pace of Piggott, AR; her aunt, Frances McElvoy of Piggott, AR and a host of other relatives and friends.
