Rose Mary Williams Was born February 10, 1944 in Portageville, MO to William Henry Finney and Lily (Young) Finney. She died Thursday May 7, 2015 at New Madrid, MO at the age of 71 Years, two months and twenty-seven days old. Preceding her in death were her parents William Henry Finney and Lily (Young) Finney and two brothers Rondel & David Finney. She was united in marriage to Thomas Franklin Williams on February 10, 1973 he preceded her in death on March 29, 2007. Rose Mary managed the License Bureau in New Madrid until her retirement. She was also a charter member of the Ladies auxiliary VFW post 7163 in Lilbourn, MO. Rose Mary Williams leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Jeff Williams of Nashville, TN and Steven Williams of Chicago, IL, one daughter; Brenda Smith of Lexington, S.C. And one sister; Gale Bethel of New Madrid, MO. First cousin Robert Young of West Memphis, Arkansas and a host of many other relatives and friends.
