Rochelle Minnis Ward Was born May 22, 1970 in Hayti, MO to Deloris Minnis Holloman and Daniel Jones she died November 5, 2009 at West Memphis, Arkansas at the age of 39 years, 5 months and 13 days. She was a member of the New Bethel church, and graduated of Portageville High School in 1989.
