ROBERT LEWIS WATKINS

W as born on April 20, 1953 in Sikeston, MO to the late dad and Trecie Kirtley Watkins.  He passed away on Monday January 16, 2023 in Missouri Delta Medical Center Sikeston MO at the age of 69 years, 8 months and 27 days.

Preceding him in death was his mother Trecie Watkins one sister Shirley Watkins brothers Leon-, Leonard and Ferrell Watkins. He was united in marriage on January 14, 2000, in New Madrid MO to Debra Vires she survives of the home in Essex. Robert enjoyed deer hunting and cooking but the thing he cherished the most was time spent with his family especially his grand and great grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Debra Vires Watkins of Essex MO, one son: Aaron Mathis of Morehouse, MO, six daughters: Valerie (David) Wiggs of Gideon, MO, Tena (Tim) Stanfield of Mill Springs MO, Misty Watkins of Malden MO, Robin Goings of Sikeston, MO, Felicia Watkins of Oran, MO, Kristen (Kevin) Lykins of Essex, MO, three sisters: Patricia Johnson of Jackson MO,Ellen Buck of Bowling Green KY, Angie Hatley of St Louis MO, two brothers Billy Watkins, Rocky Watkins both of Gideon, MO, 20 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
