Robert Earl Mays

"Robbie"

W as born September 29, 1969 in St. Louis, MO to Edgar "Ed" and Glenda Faye (Brandenburg) Mays. He passed away March 11, 2022 at St Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO at the age of 52 years, 5 months and 12 days.

D ecember 2, 1988 in Portageville, MO he was united in marriage to Melissa Miller.  Preceding him in death was his father: Edgar Mays and one brother, Alan Mays. Robert worked for many years in HVAC repair business. He enjoyed deer hunting, his birds  and being outdoors, playing cards and most of all he truly cherished spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

H e leaves to cherish his many memories his mother: Faye (Bill) Baker of Hernando, MS, his wife: Melissa Mays of Portageville, MO, daughters: Sabrina (Jake) Eftink and Valerie (Jake Lechenette) Mays both of Portageville, MO, His brother, Eddie (Jamie) Mays of Bloomfield. MO, his ½ sister, Lauren (Justin) Sells of Brookland, AR, his grandchildren, Matthew & Brody Lechenette and Elle Eftink all of Portageville, MO, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
