Ricky Durbin Was born May 3, 1952 in Gideon, MO to William McKinley Durbin and Emma Lou (Smith) Durbin. He died Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at his home in Portageville, MO at the age of 61 years, 2 months and 14 days. He was united in marriage to Teresa (Phillips) Durbin December 16, 1971 in Hayward, MO, she survives of the home. Preceding him in death were his parents, William McKinley Durbin and Emma Lou (Smith) Durbin, four brothers Frank E., Montie E., William "Elb" and William "Thomas" Durbin, and two sisters Ruth Ann Durbin and Becky Goodman. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Teresa Durbin of the home in Portageville, two sons Brian (Vicki) Durbin of Selmer, TN and Scotty Durbin of Hayward, MO; one brother, Perry Durbin of Adamsville, TN; three sisters, Billie Sue Whitley and Jewell Sweatt both of Lilbourn, MO and Bessie Whitley of Selmer, TN; five grandchildren: Ryan, Lauren, Trey, Hayley, and Evan Durbin and a host of many other relatives and friends.
