Richard Charles Strawser Was born October 13, 1936 in Watseka, Ill. to Eva Watts and Charles Strawser Jr he died Saturday March 20, 2010 at his home, in Marston, MO at the age of 73 years, 5 months and 7 days. He was united in marriage to Betty Sipes on January 29, 1983 in New Madrid , MO she survives of the home, Preceding him in death, were his parents, Eva Watts & Charles Strawser Jr., three brothers and one sister. He was a Veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army. He was a past Alderman, as well as a retired truck driver, owner & operator.
