Richard Eugene Jeffers

W as born November 25, 1949 in Malden, Mo to Nellie Strode Jeffers and William Russell Jeffers.  He passed away on October 26, 2021 at Hayti, MO  at the age of 71 years, eleven months and one day

He was of the Baptist faith,  a Vietnam veteran serving as a  United State Marine. He worked as a Tug Boat Pilot for many years along with other jobs. He loved the outdoors, fishing camping, and being with family,

Preceding him in death was his parents, Nellie Strode Jeffers, and William Russell Jeffers  , also preceding his was his sister Alice Emma Jeffers and brothers William, Russel and Tony Jeffers.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his Son: Matthew (Alicia) Jeffers of Caruthersville, Mo Brother, Larry (Donna) Mangrum of St. Louis MO and Sisters; Pamela (Donald) Dial  of Caruthersville, Mo, Joyce Carnahan of Macon, Mo, Patricia Glasford of Caruthersville, Mo. Three Grandchildren: Karrigan Jeffers, Abigail and Charlotte Jeffers and a host of many others family and friends
