Phillip Thomas Hall Was born May 16, 1964 in Tiptonville, TN to George T. and Viddie (Davis) Hall. He died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at his home at the age of 49 years, 4 months and 27 days. Preceding him in death were his father, George T. Hall and two sisters: Judy and Lisa Hall. He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Viddie Hall, his girlfriend of 29 years, Debbie Durbin, sons: Kenneth and Kris Durbin and Kevin, Kraig and Kurt Hall, daughter, Kacey Hall, sisters: Phyllis Hardin, Tammy Hall and Angela Guy all of Portageville, MO; brother, Troy Hall of Lilbourn, MO; grandchildren: Katie and Kaleb Miller, Devin Dutton, Jacob Constance and Brackston Durbin and a host of many other relatives and friends.
