Peggy A. Downing Was born September 25, 1933 in Portageville, MO to Lillian Warren and Harry Downing. She died Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at Benchmark Healthcare of Portageville, MO at the age of 79 years 7 months and 27 days. Preceding her in death were her parents, Lillian Warren & Harry Downing a son James Alberto Bula on October 25, 2010, one grandson, Zayvan Anthony Sherman Bula and one great granddaughter Kaelyn Victoria. She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Tony (Judy) Bula of Wall, MS and Rick (Sherry) Foster of Conroe, TX, one daughter, Nancy (Jimmy) Crawford of Portageville, MO, two brothers, James and Gary Downing both of Memphis, TN, her grandchildren, Shana, Carly, Ryan, Abbeni, Joseph, Joey, Josh & Marissa, 10 great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
