Lillian "Peggy" DeRousse Was born Jan. 10, 1936 in Pemiscot County , MO to Henry Cook , She was raised by Katie & Richard Humphry. She died Wed. Feb. 4, 2015 at Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston, Mo at the age of 79 years and 25 days. She was united in marriage to George DeRousse on Feb. 10 1952 in Osceola,AR, he survives of the home. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Hayward, MO, she loved cooking and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Cook and the couple that raised her, Katie & Richard Humphry, also preceding her in death was her daughter, Theresa Eastburn, one grandchild, Denver Roberts Jr. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, George DeRousse of the home in Lilbourn, MO , one son & daughter-in-law, George DeWayne & Linda DeRousse of Middleton, TN, Daughters & son-in-law, Cheryl & Denver Roberts of Boonesville, MS, Karen DeRousse of Lilbourn, MO, 9 Grandchildren, Stephanie Massey, Misty Burnett, David DeRousse, Jason DeRousse, Steven Eastburn, Heather Roberts, Bradley Roberts, Derrick Roberts, 16 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild and a host many other relatives and friends.
