Ollie J. Jennings

Was born June 2, 1939 in Marks, MS to Ulysses Fisher and Ardelia Qualls. She passed away to join her heavenly father on Monday, March 13, 2017 at St Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO at the age of 77 years, 9 months and 11 days.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Ardelia Qualls and Ulysses Fisher, two brothers, Chester Fisher and Clyde Johnson, two sisters, Louise Huddson and Odie Hoskins, one son Robert A. Jennings and her daughter, Georgia Jennings.

She confessed Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Zion Rock Church of Portageville. She loved to cook, listen to gospel music especially by Lee Williams and also loved going shopping.

She leaves to cherish her memories four sons; John Eddie, Carl Lee, Donnie Ray & Edward Charles Jennings all of Portageville, four daughters, Dorrie Jennings of Lilbourn, MO, Arvelie Jennings, Daisy Jennings, and Loretta Jennings all of Portageville, one brother, Charles (Sammie) Whilhite of Tunica, MS, three sisters, Maxine Hoskins of Gilbert, AZ, Velma (Jay) Thompson of Chicago, IL, and Edna Phillips of Chicago, IL, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends
