M yra Joyce Estes was born on February 19, 1958 in Hayti, MO to the late Virgil Jack Estes and Mary Magdalene Simmons Estes. She passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the New Madrid Living Center in New Madrid, MO at the age of 64 years 4 months 20 days.

P receding her in death was her parents, Mary Magdalene Simmons and Virgil Jack Estes. Also preceding her were two brothers, Freddie Dedge Estes and Randy Estes; and four sisters, Jane Lathem, Susan Estes Spencer, Georgia Marie Young and Sharon Ward.  Also, there was a baby that died at birth.

M yra loved spending time with family, fishing and doing mechanic work.

S he leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Kim Nowell, of Portageville, MO, and Brooke Nowell, of New Madrid, MO, four brothers, Dennis (Nancy) Estes of Seguin, TX, Jack (Cathy) Estes of Portageville, MO, Virgil (Shirley) Estes of Portageville, MO, Sonny (Carolyn) Burns of Montgomery, TX, and one sister Patty (Don) Johnson of Portageville, MO, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
