Miriam Marcella Katz

W as born March 14, 1995, in Los Angeles, CA to Rose Manning Bailey and Norm Katz.  She passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO at the age of 26 years. She was at peace and did not struggle. She was a fighter until the end, she usually was concerned about the well-being of others. Her heart, like Texas was larger than life, her never-ending love for people especially her family was clear to anyone that met her.

T hough her time on this earth was short she made the most of it, she never met a stranger and talking was something that she loved to do, in fact she would remind others to speak up, have some say in what happens.  Playing video games was her favorite pastime but being with her family was her biggest love.

S he leaves to cherish her memories her: Mother & Stepdad - Rose & Leroy Bailey of Portageville, MO. her father, Norm Katz of Dallas, TX, one brother, Jacob Katz of Dallas TX, her ½ brother, Aaron Katz of Boston, MA, one ½ sister, Debora Katz of Annapolis, MD and a host of many other relatives and friends.
