Mildred LaVone Robbins was born March 29, 1937 in Portageville, MO to Lovell LeSieur and Sylvania Phillips. She died Sunday, March 30, 2014 at her home in Portageville, Missouri at the age of 77 years and 1 day. She was united in marriage to Bobbie Joe Robbins on October 29, 1952 in Hernando, MS. He survives of the home. Preceding her in death were her parents, Sylvania Phillips and Lovell LeSieur, brother, Carroll LeSieur and grandson, Jared Johnson. She worked for many years at Butler Drug Store and L & S Hardware before joining her husband in farming until retirement. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Bobbie Joe Robbins of Portageville, MO; one son, Mark Robbins of Portageville, MO; one daughter, Lana Jo (Gordon) Johnson of Evans, GA; one brother, Fred (Rene Rone) LeSieur of San Antonio, TX; four sisters, Pansy (the late Jim LeSieur) Stafford and Brenda (Everett) Daugherty both of Portageville, MO; Scherry (Carl) Joffe of Biloxi, MS and Gail (Brian) Magruder of Castle Rock, CO; sister-in-law, Martha LeSieur of Portageville, MO, 6 grandchildren: Jeremy Johnson, Jessica Johnson, B.J. Robbins, Jordan Robbins, Caden Robbins and Wyatt Robbins; six great-grandchildren: Darien Dearth-Johnson, Caleb Dearth-Johnson, Clay Knapp, Zander Knapp, Jace Robbins and Addie Robbins and a host of many other relatives and friends.
