W as born June 15, 1942 in Portageville, MO to William Wheeler and Beulah Mae Wheeler. He passed away on May 11, 2018 at Portageville Nursing Center in Portageville, MO at the age of 75 years, 10 months and 26 days.

P roceeding him in death were his parents: Beulah Mae and William Wheeler, his brothers Ronald & Marion Wheeler .. He was a carpenter for many years.
