Mary Elizabeth Williamson

Mary Elizabeth Williamson was born on September 08, 1941 in Lexington, MS. to the late Katie (Harris) Willaimson & Morrison Williamson. She passed away on June 22, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital- Cape Girardeau. MO, at the age of 83.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Katie (Harris) Willaimson and Morrison Williamson, also preceding her was one brother, Leon Haynes.

Mary was a longtime employee with the Federal Compress in Portageville, MO she was instrumental in many projects around Portageville as she served on the first Portageville Park Board ,  She also work with the school and coached ball, she touched many lives and will forever be missed.

She leaves to mourn her passing her brother & sister-in-law; Charlie and Tina Haynes of Rockford, IL, sister & brother-in-law; Linda & Jeff Lee of Rockford, IL, several foster brothers & sisters and many other relatives and friends.
