Mary Patricia Bush, 77, of Marston, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on April 13, 1948, in Alabama to the late Flossie Lou Buxton Carter and James Carter, Mary grew up with a deep love for family, faith, and life's simple joys. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, James Carter and Ray Carter; her sister, Betty Holland; and her grandson, Joseph See Isaac
On October 19, 2002, Mary was united in marriage to Richard Bush in Moscow, Missouri. Richard, her devoted husband, survives of the home.
Mary's passions were as vibrant as her spirit — she loved reading books, listening to Elvis, and collecting rocks doing crafts. She found joy in spending time with her family and was known for sharing her faith and the word of God with everyone she met.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Richard Bush of Marston, MO; her son, Daniel Don Isaac and his wife Shawna of Fulton, MO; her daughter, Misty Isaac of Moberly, MO; two stepsons, Richard Bush of Indiana and Michael Bush of Lilbourn, MO; three grandchildren, Victoria Isaac, Mary/Taylor, and William Isaac; and one great-grandchild, Brooklyn Knight
A memorial service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at a later date. Her family takes comfort in knowing that her love, laughter, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
