Center, Poplar Bluff, MO at the age of 68 years, 7 months and 8 days. She was united in marriage on August 18, 1962 in Portageville, MO to George Blankenship who preceded her in death on March 29, 1995, Also preceding her in death were her parents, William & Katie Wiley Sawyer; her brothers: Glendall Allen Robbins, John Henry Robbins & Gary Wayne Sawyer and one grandchild, Jarrod Lane Hefner. She leaves to cherish her memories her sons: Kelly James Blankenship of Holts Summit, MO and George Nathan Blankenship of Hayti, MO; her daughters: Teresa Hefner of Poplar Bluff, MO and Frances Prewett of Campbell, MO; one sister, Ella Mae Rankin of Morris, IL; one brother, Tommy Robbins of Marston, MO; 7 grandchildren: James Blankenship, Seth Allen Blankenship, Jessica Hefner, Brianna Prewett, Jordan Hefner, Celeste Blankenship & Brock Rea; three great-grandchildren: Jack Ernest, Anthony Blankenship & Andrew Blankenship and a host of other relatives and friends.
