Lloyd DeRousse

W as born August 5, 1921 in Portageville to Mary Moon DeRousse & Adolph DeRousse. He passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2020 at his home, in Portageville at the age of 98 years, 8 months and 23 days.

H e was united in marriage in Caruthersville MO on August 24, 1945 To Mildred Cummings, she survives of the home, he was a Electronics Technician for the FAA until his retirement. He enjoyed watching the St Louis Cardinals baseball, he was a Veteran of the U.S Army States serving from 1942 to 1945. A faithful member of the Portageville Church of Christ.

P receding him in death was his parents Mary Moon DeRousse and Adolph DeRousse, four brothers; Ollie, Doyle, Otto, Robert DeRousse and two sisters, Roberta Nowell and Camille Studie

H e leaves to cherish his memories: His wife of 75 years Imogene DeRousse of Portageville, MO, daughter, Linda DeRousse of Portageville, MO formally of Memphis. TN, one son, Larry (Melissa) DeRousse of Memphis, TN. one granddaughter, Kristen (Richard) Hehn of Collierville TN. one great granddaughter, Eisley James Hehn. and Drew (Allison) Bradbury of Winston-Salem NC.  and a host of many other relatives and friends
