Lewis E. Moore was born August 16, 1951, in Catron MO to the union of Tom and Augusta Moore. His parents six brothers; J.W Moore, Wille Moore, Eugene Moore, Tom Moore, Samuel Moore, Lonnie Moore and sisters Melvina Moore and Essie Harris have all preceded him in death.

Lewis Moore was a certified diesel mechanic. He worked for Twitty Farms in Lilbourn Mo for over 40 years.

In his leisure time Lewis enjoyed working on small engines, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. Lewis was trustee for the village of North Lilbourn for four years. Lewis departed this life on Saturday February 8th 2025 at the age of 73.

He leaves to cherish precious memories three sons: Antwann Moore of Lilbourn MO, Carlandis Moore of Lilbourn MO, Shawnquaylin Thomas of Malden MO and one daughter Shakenya Thomas of Toledo OH, four grandchildren and one great grandchild and sister Edna Moore of Sikeston MO and the mother of his children Diretha Thomas a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
