Lee Francis Booker, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Born on May 08, 1945 in Portageville, Missouri to Dorothy Outlaw Davis, she was raised by Shedd and Mamie Harris.
She was a pillar of strength, love, and resilience in her family and community. A devoted matriarch, Lee Francis Booker nurtured her family with unwavering love and wisdom. She taught the importance of faith, unity, and perseverance, inspiring generations with her grace and determination. Her home was a sanctuary where stories were shared, laughter was abundant and traditions were honored,
Lee Francis Booker was deeply rooted in her faith, a member of Apostolic Truth Tabernacle Church, where she found strength and fellowship. Her commitment to service extended beyond her family, touching the lives of many through her kindness, generosity and dedication to uplifting others.
She is survived by her children, Marvalene Marie Miller (David), Roy Anthony Booker Sr. (Delois), Steven Edward Booker Sr. (Minnie), Willie Mae Booker, Ronnie Ray Booker Sr,. Sue Ann Love, Cynthia Denise Easley (Corey), Craig Pierre Booker (Brande), Darla Kaye Tillmon, Timothy Russell Booker, (Renetha), Jamie Kennard Booker, Jessica Lee Birdwell, Christopher James Booker and Eric Bradford Booker. Cherishing her memories are her brothers and sisters, Bennie Lee Taylor Sr., Calvin Outlaw, Reginald Grant, Regina Grant-Jennings, Charles Outlaw Lovell Outlaw, Merry Outlaw, Richard Outlaw Sr. and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mrs. Booker was preceded in death by her daughter LaTosha Michelle Webb, twin daughters, Sharon & Karen Booker, special grandson Logan Birdwell, her parents, and siblings, Dennis Outlaw, Ralph/Toni Outlaw. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her testament to a life well-lived and a love that endures.
Family is requestioning flowers and plants to be donated for her memorial.
