Kathy Ann (Foster) Spain

W as born April 18, 1956 in Hayti, MO to Patricia Burgess Foster and William "Bill" Foster.  She passed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           away on Friday; June 18, 2021 at Sikeston, MO at the age of 65 years and 2 months.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, paternal; Richard E. & Opal Foster, maternal; Coleman & Learon Burgess.

Kathy was a 1975 graduate of Portageville High School, she also graduated Cosmetology School at Sikeston Beauty Academy she later worked for Sikeston Head Start Program.  Kathy was a cheerleader during high school. She loved singing, gathering back with classmates and friends but most of all just being with her family especially her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Patricia "Pat"  and  William "Bill" Foster of Portageville, MO,  her daughters: Stacy (Ernie) Lewis of Portageville, MO and Ashlee (Nathen)  King of Sikeston, MO , one  brother: Chris (Debbie) Foster of LaPort, TX , her  grandchildren: Cody Lewis of   Portageville, MO & Alex & Lane King of Sikeston, MO, nieces and nephews, Kristen & Mark Jones and  Payton & Foster all of LaPort, Texas and a host of many other relatives and friends.
