Judith Wayne "Judy" Delrosa

Was born May 21, 1949 in Conran, MO to Mahlon Bailey and Roxie Hailey Bailey. She died Wed. Nov. 23, 2016 at Cape Girardeau, MO at the age of 67 years, 6 months and 2 days.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Roxie Hailey Bailey and Mahlon Bailey. She was Baptist Faith and work at the nutrition center for years and loved doing crossword puzzles and watching the food channels.

Leaving to cherish her memories are her children, two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard (LeeAnn) Newman of Oakland, TN, Johnnie Brandon (Sarah) Delrosa of Grafenwoehr, Germany, three daughters and sons-in-law, Judy (Mike) Woods of Scott City, MO, Lisa (Kevin) Rodgers of Ashgrove, MO,Johnna "Amber" Delrosa of Chaffee, MO, brothers, Leroy Bailey of Portageville, MO, Dennis Bailey of New Madrid, MO,   David Bailey of Goodsprings, TN, sisters, Gail Sanders of Arlington, TX,Debra Ash of Cape Girardeau, MO, 8 Grandchildren, Jordan Duncan, Jarret Duncan, Jerrica Duncan, Autumn Woods, Alivia Woods, Sierra Delrosa, Tyler Delrosa, Clare Newman,  3 Great-Grandchildren, Vincent Bustamante, Kaiden Duncan, Baby Girl Arabella Woods (on the way) and a host of many other friends and relatives.
