J.P. Gray

W as born May 12, 1928 in Clifton, TN.  He passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at his home in Portageville at the age of 89 years, 8 months and 19 days.

P receding him in death was his wife; Flora Mae (Carroll) Gray, five children; Charles Wayne Gray, Robbie Mae Gray, Linda Gray, Jimmy Lee Gray & Jonna "Faye" Nowell. He farmed for most of his life, J.P. enjoyed being in the outdoors, he loved hunting but enjoyed fishing the most.

H e leaves to cherish his memories; five sons: Ricky Gray, Michael Gray, Anthony (Tony) Gray all of Portageville, MO, J.E. Gray of New Madrid, MO and Jerry Gray of O'Fallon, MO, two daughters: Karla Laws of Dexter, MO and Jackie Walls Colorado Springs, CO, 15 grandchildren, Jacob, Melanie, J.E. Jr. , Jerry Jr., Casondra, Michael Jr., Kenneth Gray, Zackary Kingston, Corey Walls, Tyler & Konnor Laws, David, Bryan, Jeremy & Jason Morefield, numerous great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
