Joyce Marlene (Hulshof) Palmer Was born March 4, 1959 in Hayti, MO to George Hulshof and Margaret (Eftink) Hulshof. She died November 6, 2015 at her residence Poplar Bluff, MO at the age of 56 years 8 months and 2 days. Preceding her in death were her parents, Margaret & George Hulshof and one brother Linus Hulshof. She was a member of St Eustachius Catholic Church. She was employed by John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She served in the U.S. Navy She leaves to cherish her memories one brother, Charles (Teresa) Hulshof of San Antonio TX, one sister, Marilyn Jeffries of Aberdeen, MS, her nieces & nephews, Troy (Rochelle) Jeffries, Gabrielle, Daniel, Meredith Reese (Josh),Ayden, Lori Hulshof, Gloria M. Hulshof, Catherine M. Hulshof, Jessica Hulshof and a host of many other relatives and friends.
