Joyce Leonard

W as born Jan. 17, 1941 in Portageville, MO to Vonie Kirby Atteberry & Elmer Attberry. She passed away on October 7, 2020 at MO Baptist Hospital in  St. Louis, MO at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 20 days.

Preceding her in death was her parents; Vonie Kirby Atteberry and Elmer Attberry , also preceding her was one daughter, Sheila Miller on October 31, 2013. She was united in marriage on December 14, 1959 in Portageville MO to Dewey Leonard Sr. he preceded her in death on May 3, 2007.

S he leaves to cherish her memories her children son, Dewey Leonard Jr of St Genevieve, MO, daughter, Tabby Burk of Moscow Mills, MO, one brother, David Attberry of Blytheville, AR, her three sisters; Janet Chidester of Caruthersville, MO, Judy Schmidt of Dexter, MO and Alice Carnell of Hayti, MO, five grandchildren; Gary Burk, Terry Burk, Aaron Edwards, Adam Edwards, Amanda Leonard, 7 great grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends
