Joseph Henderson

Was born October 24, 1927 in Hayti, MO to John Henderson and Bessie Hudgens Henderson. He died Friday July 29, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Bloomfield MO at the age of 88 years and months.

On the 08 day of August 1946 he was united in marriage Nell Wolfe Henderson who survives of the home. Preceding him in death was his mother : Bessie Hudgens and father: John Henderson, one son; Joseph Myron Henderson in October of 2005, two brothers; William Riley Henderson and J.A. Henderson, three sisters; Mary E. Wall, Lorella Renshaw and Phyllis Henderson. He was a member of Dry Bayou Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army during WWII.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of 70 years; Nell Henderson of Dexter, MO, one son: Robert "Bob" (Tracy) Henderson of Dexter, MO, two daughters; Janet Powell of Paducah, KY and Donna Mattingly of Savannah, GA, seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
