Johnny Raymond Simpson

W as born February 7, 1952 in Fresno Calif. to Mary Bonita "Bonnie" Pigg Simpson & Robert Allen Simpson. He passed away on Friday August 9, 2019 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau MO at the age of 67 years.

P receding him in death was his parents; Mary Bonita "Bonnie" Pigg Simpson and Robert Allen Simpson, also preceding him was two brothers, Robert Simpson, Anthony Simpson, two sisters, Carolyn Strange & Ann McCarty. On August 16, 1974, in Stuttgart Arkansas, he was united in marriage to Gean "Geanie" Rone Simpson, she preceded him in death on January 16, 2018. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Portageville. Johnny was a big supporter of Portageville Bulldogs and loved going to all the games.

H e leaves to cherish his memories his daughter: Jessica (Joseph) Hawkins of Malden, MO, Amy (David) Dickinson of Advance, MO, his brother: Michael Dale Simpson of Farmville, LA, three sisters: Jeannie Simpson of Stuttgart, AR, Pamela Jones of Farmville, LA, Rhonda Methvin of Farmville, LA and a host of many other relatives and friends.
