John Dee Harmon Was born June 12, 1920 in Lamar, Arkansas to Lily Bertha Pearson Harmon and Arthur Oliver Harmon. He died Tuesday January 20, 2009 at John J. Pershing VA Center, in Poplar Bluff, MO at the age of 88 years, 7 months and 8 days. He was united in marriage to Audra Weeks on June 7, 1943 in New Madrid Mo. she survives of the home, Preceding him in death, were his parents, Lily Bertha Pearson Harmon & Arthur Oliver Harmon; four Brothers and four sisters. Ongrandson Charles Robert Finley Jr. He was employed at Noranda Aluminum, in Marston, Mo. A veteran of WWII serving in the Navy. He leaves to cherish his memories, his Wife, Audra Harmon of the home, New Madrid, Mo. One Son: Shane Harmon of Cape Girardeau, Mo Three Daughters; Madonna Sue Slaughter of Marston, Mo, Brenda Diane Bennett of Clarksville, Tn, Rebecca Ann Zalocha of Laport Texas. Eight Grand Children, and seven Great Grandchildren, and a host many other relatives and friends.
