John Augustus Ginther

W as born December 16, 1945 in Pueblo, Colorado to Martha Roland Swartz & John Quincey Ginther. He passed away on Thursday; January 28, 2021 at his residence in Lilbourn, MO at the age of 75 years.

P receding him in death was his parents, Martha Roland (Swartz) Ginther and John Quincey Ginther, also preceding him, one brother, Alan Ginther and one sister, Barbara Nickels. John loved to fish, hunt, gardening, it made his day to make someone laugh, he never met a stranger and was liked by everyone that met him.  He was a hard worker; he was particularly good at making things. His pride and joy came from being called "Grandpy", he loved dancing with the kids and he loved his dog "bubby" but most of all just being with his family and making memories.

H e leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Vicky Ginther of Lilbourn, MOfour sons, Alex Ginther of Lilbourn, MO, Chris Ginther of Lilbourn, MO, Richard Ginther of Texas, Frank Ginther of Texas, his daughter, Nieka Ervin of Portageville, MO, two brothers, Ricky Wilson of North Carolina, Kenny Ginther of Colorado, his sister, Patricia Fletcher of California, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends
