Joseph Paul Priggel

W as born January 28, 1941 in Portageville, MO to Paul Vincent Priggel and Jane Brands Priggel. He passed away on Saturday, March 03, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO at of 77 years, 1 months and 3 days.

P receding him in death were his parents, Jane Brands Priggel and Paul Vincent Priggel. He was a member of St. Eustachius Catholic Church. On September 11, 1963 in Duluth Minnesota, he was united in marriage to Mary Lou Ferrin. She survives of the home in Portageville. God gave him many wonderful years to work the land in his hometown. He spent many hours farming alongside his family. He cherished the time spent with all his family and friends, but especially his grandchildren.

H e leaves to mourn his passing: his wife of 53 years; Mary Lou Priggel of Portageville, MO; two sons, Joey (Heather) Priggel of Portageville, MO, Shawn Priggel of Durham, NC; four daughters: Kelly (Michael) McHale of Quincy, IL; Tricia (Kevin) Rone of Portageville, MO; Katy (Daryl) Cunningham of Camdenton, MO, Teresa (Nick) Brandon of Cape Girardeau, MO; one sister, Dorothy (Edward) Riley of New Madrid, MO; 15 grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
