Jimmy Dean Reed

W as born on `February 18, 1958 in West Memphis, AR to the late William Reed and Peggy (Hayes) Reed. He passed away on April 24, 2023 at Missouri Delta Hospital in Sikeston, MO at the age of 65 years, 2 months and 6 days.

F ebruary 5, 1977 in Lilbourn, Missouri he married his best friend and the love of his life, Denise Chamberlain. Jimmy was a manager at Riceland Foods until his retirement. He loved to fish, hunt, going to Norfork Lake, baseball but most of all spending time with his family especially his granddaughter. He enjoyed his special fur babies, Tessa, Lady, Lucy & KitKat. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Charlene Hendrix.

H e leaves to cherish his many memories his wife, Denise Reed of New Madrid, MO, his son, Jimmy Dale Reed of Sikeston, MO, one daughter; Misty Michelle Mitchem of New Madrid, MO, his only and beloved granddaughter, Emma Marie Mitchem of Tallahassee, Florida brothers, Glenn (Debbie) Hayes of Wardell, Billy Reed of Marston, MO  David Reed of Marston, MO brother & sisters-in-law, Debbie Reed, Mona Chamberlain, Dale & Diana Chamberlain, Linda Chamberlain and a host of many other relatives and friends.
