Jessica Buchanan Was born April 24, 1990 in Sikeston, MO to Zennie Jackson and Anthony Lee Buchanan. She died Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston at the age of 23. Preceding her in death, were her grandparents, Andrew and Elnolia Buchanan and Elton and Mattie Jackson; two uncles, Alfonzo and Roy Wilson and two special uncles Joe Preyer and Joe Partee. She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Ms. Zennie Nadine Jackson, father Anthony Lee Buchanan, 2 sisters, Jacqueline and Danielle Jordan, aunts Margaret Partee, Evelyn (Kenny) Taylor and Doris (Charles) Nolan, great aunts Ruby Julia Buchanan, Andrea Carson, and Barbara Hull; uncles Elton (Linda) Jackson, Larry, Clyde, David and Frankie Nolan and Bobby (Shirley) Buchanan; 3 nieces, Akiyah, Kelsie and Kimberly; 4 nephews, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Demarlon and Dontavius; special cousins, Jasmine Ertha and Desiree Buchanan and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, loved ones and Baby. Services will be conducted Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at Living Stone Baptist Church in Portageville with Minister DonRico Young, Pastor Paul Neal and Reverend Reginald Grant officiating. Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery with a repast at the Red Building. Serving as pallbearers will be: Roger Smith, Mark Brantley, David Nolan, Clyde Nolan, Marco Partee and Kenny Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will be: Earl Jackson, Bryan Thornton, J.E. Gray, Larry Nolen, Charles Partee and Jay Vires. Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. at Living Stone Baptist Church in Portageville.
