Jerry Daugherty Was born January 9, 1939 in Namoki,, Illinois to Goldie B. (Sanders) Daugherty and Charles H. Daugherty she died Sunday May 2. 2010 at Heritage Gardens of Portageville at the age of 71 years, 3 months and 24 days. He was united in marriage In to Francis Ethridge on June 26, 1971 in Boekerton, MO, she survives of the home. Preceding him in death, were his parents, Goldie B. (Sanders) Daugherty & Charles H. Daugherty, and one brother Gene Daugherty. He was a veteran Serving in the United States Air Force. He received a degree from Oklahoma State University in 1959, He received his pilots license in 1978 and was past president of the New Madrid County Pilots Association. Mr Daugherty was one of the original partners of Delta Auto Parts & Sales, that was Established in the Early 50's he worked until his retirement in 2005. He was a member of the First Church of God Church in Portageville MO.
