Jamie Elizabeth Stewart

Jamie Elizabeth Stewart, 62, of Gordonville, died peacefully at home from her hard fought battle with respiratory disease on 01/01/2025.
She entered the world in Cape Girardeau in 1962 to James and Ruby Stewart. Jamie lived and grew up in Point Pleasant, MO where she spent time with family and friends whom she loved and cared for. Helping her mother in the country store/post office most days and playing with her sister, Jeanette. Throughout her adult years she had three daughters. Jamie was always the life of the party and genuinely enjoyed life. Spending quality time with her family is what made her the happiest, laughing and joking with those around her despite the tremendous amount of health issues she endured and hard days, she faced each day with a smile and unwavering faith.

Jamie bravely battled through her difficult struggles, always with the support of her loving family. Though times weren't always easy, she knew that she was loved and cared for by those closest to her, and showed tremendous strength throughout it all.

Jamie was preceded in death by James R. Stewart (Father) and Ruby E. Stewart (Mother), and Neil R. (Jackie) Gaddis II (Brother) and  is survived by Jeanette(Leon) Harper, Megan Fisher, Jana(Andrew) Gean, Kali(Mitchell) Owen, and Grandchildren Ruby Misouria, Bentley and Ivy Owen.
