James "Pete" William Savat

Was born February 6, 1939 in Portageville, Mo to Leonard Savat and Pearl Lovins Savat. He died Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Missouri Delta Medical Center, Sikeston MO at the age of 77 years 1 month and 6 days.

He was united in marriage on March 21, 1959 in Marston Mo to Shirley Davis, she survives of the home. He was a m Member of the New Madrid Baptist Church and a retired farmer he also worked 30 years at Noranda Aluminum in Rod Mill.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Pearl Lovins Savat & Leonard Savat, two sisters, Barbara Costello, Rose Ann Gaddis, Maxine Harrison, Brothers, Raymond Savat, George Savat, and Larry Wayne Savat.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Shirley Savat of Marston MO, daughters, Tammy Dobbs,

of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, Tonya Inman of Mt Ida, Arkansas, sisters, Shelby Desmore of New

Madrid MO, Joyce Perkins of Portageville MO, grandchildren, James Ganus, Brandon Ganus, Jordon

Ganus, great-grandchildren; Alexis Ganus, Kylie Sinn, Emily Lee Ganus, Alantis Ganus, Reagan

Ganus, Braxton Ganus and a host of many other relatives and friends.
