James Welton Powell

W as born January 25, 1956 in Sikeston, MO to Naomi Clayton Powell & James Monroe Powell. He passed away on Thursday February 4, 2021 at LaForge, MO at the age of 65 years.

P receding him in death were his parents; Naomi Clayton Powell and James Monroe Powell, also preceding him was one sister, Beverly Ann Foster. He owned & operated Powell's Garage in New Madrid with his son where he loved working on cars. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, racing cars and spending time with his family.

H e leaves to cherish his memories his three sons; James W. (Julie) Powell II of Lilbourn, MO. Richard Caleb Powell of New Madrid, MO, Michael Lynn Powell of New Madrid, MO, his daughter: AmyJo Haw of Clanton, AL, one sister: Brenda (Johnny) Hays of Portageville, MO. special nephew. Robert Gene Foster Jr, of Kewanee, MO, seven grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends
