James Delbert Johnson

James Delbert Johnson was born on January 20, 1961, in Anaconda MT. to the late Evelyn Chidester Johnson & James David Johnson. He passed away on Wednesday June 18, 2025, at his home in Portageville MO, surrounded by his family  at the age of 64 years, 4 months & 29 days.

Preceding him in death was his parents, Evelyn Chidester Johnson and James David Johnson, also preceding him was one brother, David Earl Johnson. He was united in marriage on July 26, 1984 in New Madrid MO to Denise Pepper, she survives of home. He enjoyed fishing, hunting & camping or just sitting on the front porch but what we he enjoyed most was time spent with his grandkids.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Denise Johnson of Portageville MO, his two sons: Josh (Amy) Johnson of Portageville, MO, Daniel (Amber) Johnson of Cape Girardeau MO, his daughter: Alison Spain of Hawaii, two Brothers: Lester Johnson, Daris Johnson both  of Texas, his sisters: Evelyn Legett, Mary Skaggs  both of Texas, his four grandchildren: Creighton, Hailey Jo, Kinley & Brielle Johnson  and a host of many other relatives and friends.
