James Alberto Bula Was born December 15, 1959 in Bogota Columbia, South America to Peggy Downing and Julio Bula. He died Monday October 25, 2010 at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital at the age of 50 years, 10 months and 10 days. Preceding him in death was his father Julio Bula and one son Zavyan Anthony Sherman Bula. He was of the Baptist Faith and a veteran of the United States navy serving from 1983 to 1987.
